Why is sleep important?










sleeping is important cause if you don't have enough sleep it will affect your mental health.for example if you don't have enough sleep it will affect your mental health.


Sleeping is  important  because if you sleep you will grow more.
an example is if you sleep you will grow more.


Sleeping is important because it repairs your dy and restores energy.
Example:one example if you don't have repairs you body.

Finally, it's important to sleep cause you don't get angry when you go to class.
